Most products comes with a 1 year warranty which covers the following:
1) Version upgrades*
2) Map updates**
3) Manufacturing defects

*Version upgrade refers to the change of the system’s menu
**Map update refers to the updating of map locations for example location of speed cameras and road name changes

After the warranty period, there will a charge for each map update and each version upgrade.

Even if there are issues after the warranty period, consumers can still contact us for servicing and enquries.
