Different Authentications Modes to Unlock

Flexible entry modes include PIN codes and unlocking with Bluetooth via your smartphone. RFID tags, stickers and physical backup keys are available too to cater to your preferred mode of access. Guests also do not need an additional app download to receive PIN codes, you can send it via WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger and more. You call the shots, we’ll roll with it.

Via the mobile app, you can send PIN codes and Bluetooth keys from wherever you are. Our unique algoPIN™ technology makes this possible with bank-level security, so you don’t have to be near the lock to grant access to those who need it.

PERMANENT PIN

Permanent PINs are valid until the lock is deleted or unpaired from the app.

DURATION PIN

Duration PINs are valid within the duration of time specified by the start date/time and end date/time.

RECURRING PIN

Recurring PINs are valid one day of every week, within the specified start time and end time of that day.

ONE TIME PIN

One Time PINs are only valid for single use (OTPs expire after a single use).

BLUETOOTH KEY

Allow guests to unlock using Bluetooth with the igloohome app.

ACTIVITY LOG

Unlike conventional locks, the igloohome mobile app allows you to track dates and times at which visitors enter your home. Activity logs provide greater visibility for a greater peace of mind.

*PIN code logs and battery status are updated when the lock is synced with the app in Bluetooth range. Bluetooth key unlock logs are updated in real-time remotely.

Unique algoPIN™ technology

Unlike conventional smart or digital locks, there’s no need to be near your lock to set up PIN codes for your guests. Thanks to our proprietary algoPIN™ technology, you can quickly generate access codes on the go.

Increased reliability against hacking

igloohome locks are more reliable against WiFi hacking and instability because our products work offline. You won’t have to worry about needing an internet connection for your lock to work.

The Mortise automatically relocks once the door is shut to give you a greater peace of mind.

Safety & Security

Tamper Alarm

The lock will sound an alarm if it is being pried from the door to alert and deter potential tampering attempts.

Obstruction Alarm

The lock will sound an alarm if the bolt tongue cannot be extended or retracted fully to alert the user of any obstructions.

Intrusion Alarm

The lock will sound off when the door is forced open while the bolt is still extended.

Emergency Jumpstart

Easily jumpstart the lock with a 9V battery if batteries are drained.

Low Battery Alert

Intuitive audio and visual alerts will prompt you to change the batteries when it runs low.

Mechanical Keys

Keys are available in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume to suit your preferences.

Quiet Unlock

Mute audio indicators while unlocking for quieter access to prevent disturbance.

FIRE ALARM

The Mortise will unlock automatically when its sensors detect high temperatures (70±5°C and above) from inside the property.
