PERMANENT PIN

Permanent PINs are valid until the lock is deleted or unpaired from the app.

DURATION PIN

Duration PINs are valid within the duration of time specified by the start date/time and end date/time.

RECURRING PIN

Recurring PINs are valid one day of every week, within the specified start time and end time of that day.

ONE TIME PIN

One Time PINs are only valid for single use (OTPs expire after a single use).

BLUETOOTH KEY

Allow guests to unlock using Bluetooth with the igloohome app.

The Padlock 2’s shackle can withstand 15kN cutting force, 5kN pulling force and 100Nm twisting force. Chrome plated shackle for rust resistance. Powder coated lock body for corrosion resistence. We’ve gone above and beyond to ensure its tamper-proof.

Auto Lock

Automatically locks once the shackle is fastened.

Security Lockout

Padlock access is disabled after several incorrect access attempts to ensure your assets are secured.

Relock Reminder Alert

Lock will display an LED alert to remind users to fasten the shackle.

With waterproof rating of IPX7, the Padlock 2 is the perfect lock for outdoor use. Moreover, it can withstand 7 ruggedness tests conforming to Mil-STD 810H, so you know it can take pressure. Leave it in the rain, use it during the coldest of winters or under the hot summer sun – we’ve got you covered.

Rain Test

The Padlock 2 can withstand the exposure to rain, water mist or water droplets during storage, transportation or operation. Tested and proven to be an absolute waterproof lock for all your outdoor needs.

Temperature Shock

The Padlock 2 underwent temperature drops from 0℃ and spikes to 50℃ within a one-minute window. The test concluded that the Padlock 2 has a temperature endurance range of -20℃ to 50℃.

High Temperature Test

High temperature environment? No problem. The Padlock 2 has been tested to perform well up to 50℃.

Low Temperature Test

This method ensures that SP2 is still performing well even when exposed to temperatures as low as -20℃.

Shock Test

The Padlock 2 underwent the Procedure IV – Transit Drop. A total of 100 Padlock 2s went through 26 1-meter drops. After each drop, the Padlock is visually inspected for functional and structural integrity. And it passes with flying colors!

Salt Fog Test

This tests for corrosion and degradation of product materials in high salinity conditions. The Padlock 2 survived in a 5% salt solution, crediting this as a perfect product for high salinity areas.

Humidity Test

The Padlock 2 underwent Procedure II – Aggravated. This means that it was exposed to more extreme temperature and humidity levels than those found in nature

Emergency Jumpstart

Easily jumpstart the lock with a USB-C cable connected to a power bank if batteries are drained.

Low Battery Alert

Intuitive LED alert will prompt you to charge the batteries when it runs low.

Rechargeable Battery

Simply recharge the lock with a USB-C cable if battery levels run low. 9 months worth of use in less than an hour of charging.
